What is Self Care?

The most easiest definition of self care, is caring for yourself without medical or professional consultation.

Just like we take time to maintain our cars, mow our lawns and go for our annual medical check up, we should be taking out time day to day to take care of our mind, body and soul.

Practicing self care can help limit the stresses and strains in life and provide you with better ways to cope with whatever life throws at you.
